The basic tool for identifying the characteristics of your personality
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the results may not coincide with the real expectations and may upset some.

The model of the 6-factor personality structure has been created based on the results of the lexical researches. It assumes the hierarchical structure of the personality traits, where the most generalized level is presented by the six broad factors.

This test is intended for the diagnostics of the 6 different personality traits, which will aid you in knowing oneself better.

This assessment tool has been widely utilized in a number of fundamental and applied researches during the past few years since the creation of the first version of the instrument. This has been completed using both the representative population of the participants and the selected clinical ones. The questionnaire has turned out to be demanded for looking into a number of issues. They range from the the success of training and the effectiveness of enterprise management to problem behavior and socially undesirable personality traits (extreme tendency to risk, narcissism, Internet addiction, etc.)

This describes how you behave in a conflict situation as well as after that.
